We are searching for a Bunker Trader to join the Trading team in Hamburg, Germany.

About us:

Arte Bunkering, a dynamic and growing company, is a trading and bunker brokerage firm. The company arranges global bunker deliveries and has offices in Germany, Estonia and USA. We provide service and supply bunker fuels, lubricants, and related products and services to more than 3,000 vessels a year, worldwide.

Scope/Key Responsibilities:

As our new Bunker Trader, you will join a dynamic team in the heart of Hamburg. Your main responsibilities will be to build and maintain an own customer portfolio, as well as service existing customers, and to develop and expand an existing supplier base, particularly at ports of Northern, Western and Southern Europe. It is imperative that you are positive, proactive, responsible, service-minded and capable of possessing a structured overview of tasks and responsibilities, and ready to go an extra mile when needed. Your primary role is day-to-day trading, focusing on sales and purchase of bunker fuel. The job requires travelling primarily but not limited to Europe.

Requirements:

University Degree
Experience in sales preferred
Fluent English speaking and writing, German and any other language is an advantage
Russian language is an advantage
Strong communication skills (speaking, influencing, listening, presentations, written)
IT literate
Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential matters appropriately
Customer and goal oriented
Excellent organizational skills in planning and prioritizing work, to execute superbly
    multiple tasks under minimum supervision
Ability and willingness to occasionally be flexible about working hours
Ability to travel as needed to attend meetings, conferences etc
Be Independent but also a good team player
