Our Client is a global trading house. Due to business developments they are looking to hire a Bunker Trader to focus on the Japan market.

In this position you will be focusing on developing and managing bunker trading business in the Japan market. Responsibilities will include:

• Arranging bunker supply for a pool of ship owner clients including some existing exclusive clients
• Back to back trading of bunker fuel
• Business development of new customers and accounts

The ideal person for this role will be able to demonstrate:

• Experienced Bunker Trader – likely to have around 2 to 4 years experience
• Strong experience in the Japan market preferred
• Fluent in Japanese preferred (this role will be dealing mainly with Japanese speaking clients)
• Fluent in English essential
