Most licensed bunker players in Singapore will ready low-sulphur fuel oil supplies from the third quarter onwards while marine gasoil has been made widely available at the world's number one port by bunker sales, according to a guide released by MPA and SSA. The guide provides some clarity on the IMO 2020 position of licensed bunker suppliers, but observers say critical information on available volumes and fuel specifications is still not forthcoming.
