15MAR2018 - NEWS - Oil and gas Major player BP Plc expects strong compliance of sulphur cap rule in 2020

According to one of the representatives of the oil major player BP plc, formerly known as British Petroleum, more than 90 percent of the shipping industry will comply with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) suplhur cap rule starting in 2020. According to suphur cap rule of the IMO the sulphur emissions of the ships will be allowed from 3.5 percent to 0.5 percent from 2020. BP Plc is headquartered in London, United Kingdom.
