France based oil and gas company, Total S.A. has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Oman to develop an integrated natural gas business. According to this deal a regional liquified natural gas (LNG) bunkering hub will also be developed at the port of Sohar. Total S.A. is headquartered at Courbevoie, France.
