Job Responsibilities

• Folow up with suppliers and agents to ensure orders are carried out.
• Ensure e-commerce platform continuously updated on status of supply.
• Ensure local supplier upload post-delivery documents on e-commerce platform.
• Work with supply team to ensure documentation and invoice is accurate.
• Identify potential supply and delivery issues and resolve them before they arise.
• Work with supply team to resolve delivery disputes.
