• Understand regional supply conditions and environment and build strong relationship with local suppliers.
• Identify top tier adn reliable suppliers to ensure our buyers receive best possible supply and service.
• Encourage and attract more suppliers to use e-commerce platform
• Secure and achieve favorable supplier credit and payment terms.
• Increse suppliers queries on e-commerce platform.
• Handle local suppliers queries on e-commerce platform.
• Assist operations tesm in resolving delivery disputes.
• Assist to improve local supplier supply and service online.
• Be point of contact for e-commerce platform technical assistance.
