21FEB2018 - NEWS - SCF Group (PAO Sovcomflot) inked time charter agreements with Shell for Aframax Tankers

Recently SCF Group (PAO Sovcomflot) inked time charter agreements with Shell for two Aframax tankers having dual fuelled propulsion capability. The said tanker vessels will use Shell's liquified natural gas (LNG) bunkering vessels for fuelling.
