Supply Trader

We are currently looking for a full-time Marine Oil Supply Trader based in our Dubai Office.

Job Purpose:

To develop new and existing suppliers, liaise with offices across the globe and work with customer traders.

Responsibilities include:

• Obtain quotations for bunkers and lubricants enquiries, in the Middle East region from suppliers and communicate confirmation of agreement through relevant means.
• Communicate with management and Dubai team regarding developments on new or existing suppliers.
• Oversee logistics side of delivery and operational aspects.
• Assist in maintaining up to date information on bunker prices, movement and availabilities.
• Abide by service level agreements in relation to quality assurance, both internally and

Skills/Qualifications:

• Proactive team player
• Ability to negotiate and ‘close the deal’
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills & good attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Additional language skills are advantageous but not essential
