Port of Rotterdam is one of the largest European port which promotes use of use of liquefied natural gas (LNG) as marine fuel. Port of Rotterdam expects to see its first STS fuel transferring operation (bunkering) in June for short haul vessels. STS refers to ship to ship transfer of marine fuel operation.
