Redstone Commodity Search are working with a trading company seeking a bunker trader to expand their bunker trading operations in the USA.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for the physical back-to-back trading of marine fuel oil
• Maintaining key relationships within the US, Canadian and LatAm trading markets
• Creating business opportunities through market analysis and forecasting, as well as maintaining a profitable book of clients
• Negotiating contracts and pricing negotiations
• Working towards and exceeding bunker sales targets

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Two year’s + experience working in a similar bunker trading or broking role with transferrable relationships with buyers/ suppliers within the US / Canadian / LatAm markets
• Relevant sales experience in marine fuel
• Target motivated individual, with exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Located in Houston, or happy to relocate
