Driven by growing demand for LNG as fuel and power generation, Scandinavia is investing heavily in new LNG import terminals, small-scale tankers and bunker vessels. The construction of a new LNG import terminal at the Port of Hamina, Finland, is part of a wave of investment in the Baltic Sea region in LNG infrastructure that will support growing demand in the area for clean energy and LNG bunkering.
