Monjasa A/S is looking for a Senior Training Specialist to lead our Monjasa Academy 

Job description
As our Senior Training Specialist, you will have the overall responsibility for developing and managing internal training for the Monjasa Group. The group is represented in Europe, Americas, APAC and MEA, thus it is crucial that you have a strong cultural understanding and flexibility to accommodate dealing with different time zones.

You will work closely together with our Training Coordinator, the rest of the HR team and the managers in the business to ensure that we have a competent workforce at all times.

In addition to the main role of managing the Academy, you will act as daily sparring partner to managers regarding general HR topics. 
The organisational structure of the organisation is relatively flat and there is a high degree of influence in the job. You will have the opportunity to lead several exciting projects in close cooperation with skilled and engaged colleagues.   
We expect you to draw on your skills and knowledge in developing tailor-made and quality training programmes relevant for the organisation, and for levels ranging from trainees to executives. 

Areas of focus
Provide relevant and timely training designed for different competence levels
Identify competence gaps and training needs together with managers
Decide on form and style of all learning activities
Ensuring a solid Learning Management System platform offering and hosting E-module training
Spar with organisation on employee development matters
Active facilitator in various workshops and training sessions 

The ideal candidate - professional skills
Relevant education at min. Bachelor level 
Min. 5 years of experience from a similar position in an international organisation
Solid experience with learning styles
Fluent in written/oral Danish and English
Experience from working with E-module training is an advantage
